Ensuring the safety and operational effectiveness of soldiers in hostile environments requires real-time monitoring of their health status and geographic position. Conventional methods often fail to provide continuous and reliable updates, leading to delayed decision-making and compromised security. This paper proposes a smart Internet of Things (IoT) framework that integrates wearable sensors, wireless communication modules, and cloud-based analytics to monitor critical health parameters such as heart rate, body temperature, and oxygen saturation, while simultaneously tracking location through GPS technology. The collected data is transmitted in real time to command centers, enabling timely medical support, strategic planning, and enhanced situational awareness. The system leverages low-power communication protocols to ensure efficiency in battlefield conditions, and robust data encryption techniques to safeguard sensitive military information. By combining health and positional tracking into a unified IoT platform, this approach strengthens soldier security, minimizes risks, and fosters smarter military operations
