1. Open Access Policy
IJPAMS is an open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide, ensuring maximum visibility, accessibility, and citation potential for authors.

2. No Submission Fee
IJPAMS does not charge any fee for manuscript submission. Authors can submit their manuscripts without any initial payment.

3. APC Applicability
Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable only after the manuscript is accepted for publication following the peer-review process. The APC covers editorial processing, peer review management, plagiarism screening, formatting, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving.

4. APC Details
The APC varies based on the author’s country of affiliation. Separate APC structures are available for India, USA, and other international authors. The exact APC amount will be communicated to the corresponding author after final acceptance.

5. Waiver and Discount Policy
In special cases such as student authors, early-career researchers, or invited papers, APC waivers or discounts may be considered at the discretion of the editorial board. Requests for waivers must be made at the time of submission.

6. Payment Procedure
APC payments should be made only after receiving the official acceptance notification from IJPAMS. Payment instructions, including bank or online payment details, will be provided by the journal office.

7. Refund Policy
Once an article is accepted and the APC is paid, the fee is non-refundable. No APC is charged for rejected manuscripts.

8. Transparency and Ethics
IJPAMS maintains full transparency in its APC policy and ensures that publication decisions are based solely on academic merit, independent of the author’s ability to pay.
