International Journal of Pharmacy with Medical Sciences (IJPAMS) (ISSN: 3068-2738) is a quarterly online publication dedicated to advancing research in pharmaceutical sciences, medical sciences, and healthcare technologies, with a special emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. As a peer-reviewed journal, it prioritizes high-quality original research, comprehensive reviews, and concise short communications. IJPAMS encourages innovative ideas and timely contributions, with a strong emphasis on emerging trends and cutting-edge developments in the field.

Author Guidelines for IJPAMS
- 1. General Policies
- Submissions must be original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited. All manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
- By submission, authors agree to copyright transfer upon acceptance (via signed CTA form).
- The journal follows a double-blind peer-review
- Manuscript Preparation
Structure
- Title: Concise and informative (≤15 words)
- Abstract: Structured (Purpose, Methods, Findings, Implications; 200–250 words)
- Keywords: 5–6 terms
- Sections:
- Introduction (with clear research objectives)
- Literature Review
- Methodology (detailed enough for reproducibility)
- Results & Discussion
- Conclusion (including limitations and future work)
- References (see formatting below)
Formatting
- File Type: MS Word (.docx) (template provided on website)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
- Length: 6,000–8,000 words (excluding references)
- Figures/Tables: High resolution, numbered sequentially, with captions.
3. Citations & References
- Follow APA IEEE
- Include DOIs or URLs for all accessible references.
- Examples:
- Journal Article: Author, A. (Year). Title. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), Page–Page. https://doi.org/xxx
- Book: Author, B. (Year). Title. Publisher.
- Submission Process
- Register/Login via the journal’s online submission system.
- Upload:
- Manuscript (anonymous, without author details)
- Cover letter (including contributions and relevance to IJPAMS’s scope)
- Suggest 3–5 potential reviewers (optional but encouraged).
- Post-Acceptance
- Copyright Form: Corresponding author must submit a signed CTA.
- Proofs: Authors will receive PDF proofs for final corrections.
- Publication Fees: Applicable charges must be paid before publication (India -1500 INR, USA & Other countries- 150$ USD).
Ethical Guidelines for IJPAMS

2. Authorship Criteria
To qualify as an author, individuals must:
- Contribute substantially to conception, design, data acquisition, analysis, or interpretation
- Participate in drafting or critically revising the manuscript
- Approve the final version and agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work
Non-author contributors should be acknowledged. The corresponding author acts as the primary contact for submission, post-publication inquiries, and copyright matters.
3. Conflicts of Interest
Authors must declare:
- Financial(e.g., grants, employment)
- Non-financial(e.g., personal relationships, academic competition)
- Professional or institutional biases
4. Funding Disclosure
- Specify all funding sources, including grant numbers.
- Follow requirements of funding agencies.
5. Research Involving Humans or Animals
- Provide ethics committee approval(with approval number).
- Include informed consent documentation for human studies.
- Adhere to institutional/national guidelines for animal research.
6. Data and Reproducibility
- Deposit datasets in public repositories(e.g., Zenodo, Fig share, Crossref DOI, Google Scholar, ICI, Academic Edu etc).
- Share code/materials where applicable.
- Cite data sources transparently.
7. Advertising Policy
- Limited advertisements may promote only the journal’s content.
- No influence on editorial decisions.
8. Complaints & Appeals
- Submit concerns to editor@ijpams.comwith evidence.
- Cases investigated per COPE guidelines.
9. Corrections & Retractions
- Errata: Minor errors (e.g., typographical).
- Retractions: Major flaws or ethical violations (e.g., plagiarism, data fabrication).
Malpractice & Plagiarism Policy
Author Responsibilities
- Submit original, unpublished

Plagiarism Screening
- All manuscripts screened via similarity-checking software.
- High similarity (>20%) may lead to immediate rejection.
