Abstract

AccessFlow AI: Generative AI-Powered Automated Personnel Access Management System for EdTech is an intelligent webbased application designed to automate and streamline personnel access management in educational institutions. The system uses Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to simplify access requests, user verification, authorization workflows, and access-related communication. It provides administrators with a centralized platform to manage employees, faculty, staff, roles, permissions, and access requests efficiently. The proposed system can automatically process access requests, generate relevant responses and notifications, and assist administrators in identifying appropriate access permissions based on predefined organizational policies. A userfriendly web interface enables personnel to submit requests and track their status, while administrators can review, approve, reject, and monitor access activities. The system can also maintain access records for improved transparency and auditing.
