The rapid growth of global trade and e-commerce has increased the demand for efficient, transparent, and adaptive logistics solutions. Traditional logistics systems often face challenges such as delays, limited visibility, poor asset utilization, and lack of real-time data sharing. The Internet of Things (IoT) offers transformative opportunities to overcome these limitations by enabling intelligent logistics systems that integrate sensors, RFID, GPS, cloud platforms, and advanced data analytics. This study explores the design and implementation of IoTbased intelligent logistics systems that enable real-time tracking of goods, predictive maintenance of transportation assets, and dynamic route optimization. By leveraging interconnected devices and data-driven decision-making, such systems enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and support sustainable practices. The findings emphasize that IoT integration not only provides transparency and automation but also strengthens supply chain resilience in highly dynamic market environments.
